Ian Stroughair

Ian Stroughair - Course Director
Ian a is a sought after Choreographer and teacher who has taught at the top London training centres including Mountview, The Urdang Academy and is a resident teacher at the world famous Pineapple studios, Covent Garden.

Ian's career has taken him around the world performing on Tv, Film and even live on stage with the Pussy Cat Dolls.

His West End credits include What A Feeling, Cats, Fame and most recently Chicago.

Lucy Banfield

Lucy Banfeild - Workshop Leader
Lucy trained at The Royal Ballet School, The English National Ballet School and Laine Theatre Arts.

She recently appeared in world premiere of Adam Cooper’s Shall We Dance at Sadlers Wells understudying Sarah Wildor.

Her other theatre credits include; Hunyak and Assistant Dance Captain in the London company of Chicago at the Cambridge Theatre.

Ensemble/Dance Captain in Desperately Seeking Susan (Original London Cast, Novello Theatre), Dirty Dancing (Original London Cast, Aldwych Theatre), understudy to the Lead role of Brenda in Movin’ Out (Original London Cast, Apollo Victoria), Assistant Dance Captain in Chicago (European Tour), On Your Toes (Royal Festival Hall), Susan Stroman’s Contact (Original London Cast, Queen’s Theatre), Maria & Understudy Connie and Shirley in Saturday Night Fever.

Lisa is the co-founder of West End Connections. After a career as a Dancer and Choreographer in the industry Lisa has now turned her focus into producing shows in the West End.

She has worked with countless West End stars taking them world wide in original productions for huge corporate clients along with helping them with their own projects. She is quickly becoming known as one of London's best new producers of
West End Cabaret.

As a dance teacher herself, Lisa is focused on nurturing new talent in both the school and our talent agency, helping individuals realize their potential.
